TL:DR - When you get injured, you need real medical attention. Not just 'hide behind cover and wait for the screen to not be red'
You can also drag injured people, heal them, take them to a hospital/hospital ship

They have to start charginv VAT (taxes for EU), so before that happens, they are offering another installment of limited edition ships for sale again.
Remember: we are offering these pledge ships to help fund Star Citizen’s development and to give European backers a chance to pick them up at a lower price. All of these ships will be available for in-game credits in the final universe, and they are not required to start or enjoy the game. The goal is to make additional ships available that give players a different experience rather than a particular advantage when the persistent universe launches.

If people want to know what is so cool about this footage, it is because the devs have managed to build 64bit precision into cryengine allowing maps literally billions of kilometers in diameter (They start this demo some 3000 kilometers from the ship they board), and the fact people can walk around the ships while the ships are moving without warping all over the place. All this allows for solar systems to be modeled, and crewed ships to be possible which is a big part of this game.

Also the big ship at the end is the Idris Frigate, which will ideally be able to hold a crew of dozens of players and carry a few fighters that can launch and land on it. Biggest ship so far modeled in game, several hundred (300m?) meters in size.

Still not too playable. Lots of bugs. New control scheme too. Still fun to just dogfight the AI.

It's very playable, not at 60FPS and the game itself is buggy, but it's definitely 'playable'

Alpha patch 3.0 is 'soon' which will add quite a bit to the game.

It's still fun as is, buggy, ever expanding and you should buy it.
