An memo from OUYA CEO Julie Uhrman leaked to Fortune says the company has run out of cash and is now frantically seeking a buyer.

Gee, a proprietary software box with hardware that was already out of date when it was designed FAILED? No way man!

The box is good for a HTPC, but as a business, they fell on their faces.

I have three of these devices with CyanogenMod on them. I use them to watch Crunchyroll, and Twitch.tv, and various XBMC things. Works great.

Too bad about that whole bankruptcy thing though.

Yea, that's what I hear from most people and reviews. As a HTPC it's great, but as a gaming device it's fail
