Teamviewer Hacked

Check your favorite tech new site, but there are many reports of Teamviewer being 'hacked'
Most of these people don't have 2 factor authentication enabled, and they didn't lock the local session. Or they are reusing weak passwords.
But, people are still gaining access to Teamviewer in some way, either backdoor, bruteforce, etc. and it's becoming a big news story.

Recommended to uninstall it for the time being.

If you choose to leave it installed, make sure to disable the random password, and enable 2 factor auth and the username whitelist. That may help.
